Laboratory Manager Job Description;

– To ensure all equipments and materials needed for diagnosis are all in stock

-To ensure the patient diagnostic tests are well carried out in optimal condition

-To ensure the laboratory technicians execute their duties diligently

-To report to the health management director and business director on how to improve working conditions.

– Use and maintain company resources in a cost-effective manner.

– Active participation in external publications and meetings.

– Active participation in company meetings where required.

Job Qualifications

HND, B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medical laboratory science or any related discipline.

– Applicant must have an excellent knowledge of practical experience with medical laboratory diagnostics.

– Applicant must be customer-centric with the right attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction.

– Applicant must have good oral, listening and written communication skills.

– Applicant must have strong analytical skills and good business sense.
