Country Manager at Regenesys in Nigeria

A self starter and dynamic PhD with extensive experience in managing a business school is sought to head up Regenesys in Nigeria.


The incumbent will take full responsibility for local operations in that country.



  • Develops and recommends annual business plans and supporting budgets to the Board.

  • Develops and manages and sales and marketing strategy to achieve budgets.

  • Manages the daily operations of the office with particular emphasis on meeting sales targets.

  • Ensures adequate staff and structures are available for the effective functioning of the office.

  • Ensure compliance with all Regenesys policies and procedures

  • Ensures compliance with all Nigeria legislation and statutory requirements

  • Represents and markets Regenesys in all meetings with clients, potential clients and stakeholders.


This person is required to have



  • PhD. MBA or DBA will be advantageous.

  • Minimum 10 years programme management experience preferable in an academic or services environment

  • Financial planning and budgeting

  • Extensive sales management experience

  • Ability to network and market Regenesys

  • Ability to communicate and present, both verbal and written at all levels.

  • Good understanding of the education sector

  • Excellent PC skills

  • Ability to write and develop reports.
