A self starter and dynamic PhD with extensive experience in managing a business school is sought to head up Regenesys in Nigeria.
The incumbent will take full responsibility for local operations in that country.
- Develops and recommends annual business plans and supporting budgets to the Board.
- Develops and manages and sales and marketing strategy to achieve budgets.
- Manages the daily operations of the office with particular emphasis on meeting sales targets.
- Ensures adequate staff and structures are available for the effective functioning of the office.
- Ensure compliance with all Regenesys policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with all Nigeria legislation and statutory requirements
- Represents and markets Regenesys in all meetings with clients, potential clients and stakeholders.
This person is required to have
- PhD. MBA or DBA will be advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years programme management experience preferable in an academic or services environment
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Extensive sales management experience
- Ability to network and market Regenesys
- Ability to communicate and present, both verbal and written at all levels.
- Good understanding of the education sector
- Excellent PC skills
- Ability to write and develop reports.
