-To report to the health management director and business director on how to improve working conditions.

Job Qualifications
HND, B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medical laboratory science or any related discipline.
– Applicant must have an excellent knowledge of practical experience with medical laboratory diagnostics.
– Applicant must be customer-centric with the right attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Applicant must have good oral, listening and written communication skills.
– Applicant must have strong analytical skills and good business sense.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and future business by regular contact with key lab personnel.
– Responsible for ensuring optimum operation of all products in customer laboratories by closely working with Equipment Support Specialists, service partners and other relevant personnel.
– Ensure all territory technical matters are logged into the Complaint Handling System and all complaints are closed out in agreed timeframes.
– Maintain individual operating expenses within the given budgets and company guidelines.
– Provide relevant reports to management director as required.
– Ensure all company provided “tools” are maintained in original working condition and kept secure at all times.
– Participate actively in optimizing customer ordering and usage patterns to achieve business objectives.
– Foster a good working relationship with service partners and Equipment Support Specialists.
– Assist Sales to ensure Service Contracts are issues and renewed.

•recognise problems and refer clients to medical practitioners such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, endocrinologists, podiatrists, chiropractors and physiotherapists

•perform reception duties (such as receiving bookings and arranging appointments)

The Project Accountant is responsible for overall financial management and coordination for a major project involving significant CAPEX, contract administration and financial control. The areas of responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, management accountancy, general accountancy and cost accountancy.

• Responsible for recommending and implementing system improvements including accounting process design.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the fixed asset register is appropriately kept.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Design suitable source documents for capturing relevant accounting information.
Oversee the General Ledger.
Prepare Monthly and Quarterly financial statements accompanied with the relevant financial ratios and detailed analysis that will aid managerial decision making.
Prepare statutory financial statements.
Filing of Tax returns.
Budget coordination, preparation, analysis and investigation.
Project appraisal.
Raising funds.
Investing Surplus funds.
Ensure that all transactions comply with appropriate VAT regulations and submitting the VAT return on behalf of the company.
Oversee the Management Information System.
Other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Financial Accountant and Executive Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
B.Sc. in Accounting.
ICAN/ACCA certification is compulsory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate as well as proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft applications.
