Administrative Officer at Philly and Mools Group

Responsible for the regular maintenance of office premises and equipments


 Responsible for the procurement of:


o Office consumables (on a quarterly basis)


o Beverages and other consumables (on a weekly basis)


o Food for customer’s entertainment (on needs basis)


 Responsible for the payment of the Company’s utility bills


 Physical Security


 Ensure that office equipments and facilities are fully operational and in good working condition.


 Liaise with the Finance & Accounts department to ensure timely disbursement of funds for


procurement and settlement of bills


 Monitor the activities of maintenance contractors ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.


 Ensure the execution of all routine maintenance, renovations and refurbishment works and


activities for the organisation.


 Supervise the activities of the Cleaners, Security Officers and Maintenance Officers.


 Generate daily and weekly progress reports on all activities
