Job description
Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will have responsibility for hiring employees, disciplining and motivating employees, harmonize employment processes in all the subsidiaries of the group, appraise and promote workers, ensure the welfare of workers, assess productivity of staff and recommend rationalisation where necessary. The successful candidate will also liase with and advice shareholders on the process of Nigerianisation of workers by reducing the number of expatriate workers.
