Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Plan and co-ordinate field / workshop service operations on an ongoing basis
Ensure there is adequate and appropriate tooling and workforce for effective on the spot repairs on heavy duty equipment
Proper assessment, evaluation and costing of all field / workshop service jobs
Monitor and keep in control of all work in progress to ensure that requirements for the jobs are adequately attended to
