Responsibilities:

Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians and Case Managers.

Educates the community of clinical programs that improve patients’ outcomes and allow them to maintain in their home environment.

Presents disease-specific clinical programs to promote positive patient outcomes.

Qualification

Minimum of Bsc in any Science related discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and maintain multiple assignments.
